After years of speculation, British rock band Oasis, fronted by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, has announced their long-awaited reunion. In the summer of 2025, the iconic group will perform 14 concerts across the UK and Ireland.
In a statement released on their social media, the band said, “This is really what everyone has been waiting for. It’s happening!” The tour will include performances in Cardiff (July 4 and 5), Manchester (July 11, 12, 19, and 20), London (July 25 and 26, August 2 and 3), Edinburgh (August 8 and 9), and Dublin (August 16 and 17). Ticket sales will begin on August 31.
The band also provided a link to their website, oasisinet.com, but the site is currently down, likely due to overwhelming traffic.
Founded in Manchester in 1991 by the Gallagher brothers, Oasis became a global sensation. They disbanded after their final tour in 2009. Over their 18-year career, the band released seven studio albums, all of which topped the UK charts.
The Times had previously reported on the potential reunion of Oasis and speculated that the Gallagher brothers might headline the Glastonbury Festival. Fans around the world are eagerly awaiting ticket sales and the band’s return to the stage.
