The first movie, released in 2024, was an unexpected hit: $152 million at the box office, intense fight scenes, and a plot that masterfully balanced absurdity and adrenaline-fueled action. The story of a former secret agent waging a personal war against scammers had audiences hooked!
Now, the sequel is in the hands of Timo Tjahjanto, a director who knows how to craft brutal and stylish action (he’s currently finishing work on "Nobody 2"). Kurt Wimmer is back as the screenwriter, and Statham isn’t just starring—he’s also producing through Punch Palace Productions.
