Guys, get ready for a true gangster-era apocalypse — Netflix has released the official trailer for the long-awaited film Peaky Blinders: Immortal. After the conclusion of the cult series, we see Tommy Shelby, played by Cillian Murphy, back at the top of the criminal Olympus, but this time facing far darker and more global threats.
The story takes us to Birmingham, where Shelby is living in isolation, almost completely cut off from the world and his family. Meanwhile, his organization is taken over by his illegitimate son, Duke Shelby, played by Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan. Duke runs the business with bold, almost nihilistic energy reminiscent of 1919, making him vulnerable to external threats.
And then a new enemy appears. Tim Roth plays Beckett, a British fascist with chillingly cold logic, ready to use young Shelby for his own dark purposes. The threat that his son might side with the Nazis forces Tommy to return to the Garrison Pub and reclaim control over his world.
The trailer impresses not only visually but also sonically: the soundtrack “Puppet” by Grian Chatten, Antony Genn, and Martin Slattery sets a dark, rhythmic tone for the upcoming showdown.
Peaky Blinders: Immortal will hit theaters for a limited release on March 6 and will be available for streaming on Netflix starting March 20. For Shelby fans, this isn’t just a film — it’s a dive into a dark yet captivating world where power, family, and violence intertwine in the classic style of Birmingham’s mafia.
